1. Register return stock transfer request (SAP)
* The PIC of return transfer of store stock registers RSTO by using the RSTO request program in SAP.

1.1.1 RSTO registration screen
① Sales organization : Enter the sales affiliate concerned. (AmorePacific, Etude, Innisfree, Country, etc.) ② Customer: Enter the customer code of the store to carry out return stock transfer. |

①Check the information displayed (channel, storage location, etc.) after entering the sales organization/customer. ② Return type: Enter the type of RSTO. - 930 General: general (regular) return / Select this when executing a regular return on the date determined by the company. - 964 Special: special return / Select this for other reasons besides regular return. |
1.1.2 Return transfer request registration–General return
① When you select General Return for return type, you can enter either Poor Quality or Aged Goods for order reason. ② Poor quality: Enter this in the case of types of poor quaily return defined by the company. ③ Aged goods: Enter this in the case of types of aged goods return defined by the company. ④ Select Poor Quality/Aged Goods and then click on the Display button on the right upper side. |
① Check the return limit per store according to the order reason selected (poor quality/aged goods). * When the return limit is not set, a message of return limit error is displayed. ② Check the limit and then click on the Add Row button to enter the material. |
① When entering the material code, the detailed information (consumer price, D/C(distribution center) plant where GR will be posted, etc.)is displayed on the right side. ② When entering the quantity, you should enter it in accordance with the unit of measure(Inner box(TA) unit, etc.). ③ When entering the quantity, you should enter it within the quantity of available store stock. * Check if there is any problem marked in light on the left side after completeing the input. |

1.1.3 Return transfer request registration–Special return
① For Special Return, you should enter one of four order reasons. ② Special Reason: Select “Special Reason” when the return is needed for a special reason. ③ [HQ] Compress: Select this when carrying out compression of the number of SKUs by SKU policy. ④ Store Reason: Select “Store Reason” in case of opening/closing of store and natural disaster. ⑤ Order Error: Select “Order Error” when the return is needed due to an error in store order. * For special return, you must get approval for the return in advance. Since approved items and limit are seperately registered, you cannot enter the return besides approved items and quantity (amount). (Item registration program: ZSD21330/ Limit registration: ZSD00100) * The following process is same as in general return process. |
2. Confirm return transfer request (SAP)
2.1 Confirm return transfer request– ZSD21160
2.1.1 Confirm return transfer request–Enter search fields
① Sales Organization: Enter the affiliate concerned such as AmorePacific / affiliates / each country, etc. (mandatory entry) ② [HQ] Sub Sales Channel: Enter the sub sales channel of each affiliate. (Ex: D2D, Aritaum, Department store, etc.) ③ Sales Office: When the confirmation is needed per sales office, enter the sales office code concerned. ④ Customer: When the confirmation is needed per store, enter the customer code of the store to confirm. ⑤ Purchasing Group/Order Reason: Use when displaying in detail according to the purchasing group, order reason. ⑥ Request Date: Enter the date of confirmation. (mandatory value) ⑦ List Mode: Set the confirmation unit, Per Customer (summary per customer-material details) / Per Material (list based on the material unit). |
2.1.2 Confirm return transfer request–Display result
| ① Summary and check of the return request detail per customer: The information such as reason/request quantity/limit check is displayed. |
① When you double-click the line per store above, the request detail is displayed per material below. ② Limit/Stock/Item: Check if the quantity exceeds the limit, if there is available stock and if items are subject to return registration. ③ Requested quantity/Confirmed quantity: Determine the confirmed quantity based on the return quantity requested by the store. ④ Plant/storage location: In case of general return, return plant and storage location are automatically assigned per material, but in cae of special return, you can modify fields as certain plant and storage location are sometimes entered by the demand of logistics. |
① Select the lines of items to confirm on the left side. (You can select ② After selecting the line, click on the Confirm button in the lower menu bar to complete the confirmation. |
3. Create RSTO (SAP)
3.1 Create RSTO– ZSD21160
3.1.1 Check RSTO number
① When the confirmation is completed, RSTO is created and the purchasing document number is displayed. ② When you double-click the corresponding purchasing document, you can go onto the detailed information screen. |
3.1.2 Check RSTO detail

4. GI for RSTO (SAP)
4.1 GI for RSTO– ZSD21040
4.1.1 Display RSTO detail
① Sales Organization: Enter the sales organization concerned. (AP, affiliate, corresponding country, etc.) *Mandatory value ② Sales Office: Enter when displaying STO/RSTO status per sales office. ③ Sales Group/Sub Sales Channel: Enterwhen displaying the status per sales group, per channel. ④ Customer: Enter when displaying the status per store. ⑤ STO Type: Select the STO type to display. (Tick Return and display since this is the return process.) ⑤ Enter other fields when using detailed identifiers such as material/STO Type/STO Number. ⑥ Request Date/Confirm Date: Enter when displaying STO/RSTO based on the request date/confirm date. *Mandatory value ⑦ Delivery Status/GR Status: Select when you want to set search conditions according to the progress status of the document. * GI for RSTO should be processed per customer since it’s a task of issuing the corresponding stock of sales storage location from the store. |
① When you enter the identifiers and display, RSTO documents within the date are extracted and you can check the progress status of each document per material in light on the left side. - Confirmed: RSTO is confirmed. - DN: Picking/Packing for RSTO is completed. - GI: Preparation for RSTO is done and the products are issued. (At this point, the quantity is deducted from the store stock.) - GR: RSTO materials have been inspected in logistics and GR is completed. * In this case, the status is confirmed, so only the Confirmed field is marked in green. |

4.1.2 GI for RSTO
①Select the line to post GI for RSTO in the select box on the right. * If you want to select all, click on the ② Even though the document is already confirmed,when you need to change RSTO quantity/item,go to the modification screen by clicking on the Change STO button in the upper menu bar. (You can find further information later.) |
① After selecting the line, click on the [Process GI] button. * To see the difference, let’s post GI only for the upper two of the three lines. |
① When GI is posted, DN and GI are displayed at the same time in the STO status display screen. * When GI is posted in the store, it means that the boxing work is already done and the delivery is ready. So, DN and GI are processed at the same time and stocks are excluded from the available stock of the store. * Some materials does not GI for compare others. |
① You can check that the stocks just issued are marked as GI from the store in the sales storage location stock display (ZSD24210). ② When you double-click the corresponding material to see the detailed information below, you can check that STO return is applied for the movement type. |
4.1.3 GI for RSTO–Change
① If RSTO is confirmed but GI is not posted yet, you can change the RSTO quantity. ② Select the line to change and click on the Change STObutton on the upper menu bar. |
① When a window for quantity change shows up, enter the quantity in Changed Quantity field. * But, you can only enter the quantity less than the current quantity. ② After completing the modification, click on the Change Order Quantity button to finish. |
① When you come back to the status display screen after the modification, you can check that the confirmed quantity is changed. * if you change to 2, I will be adjusted. But Because this document is real, you can’t changed it again. |
5. Print out return detail sheet (SAP)
After completing the GI for RSTO, print out the RSTO detail sheet and attach it on the box before delivering it to logistics.The return detail sheet must be attached for normal inspection in logistics.
5.1 Print out regular/special return detail sheet–ZSD01071
5.1.1 Display RSTO detail
① Sales Organization: Enter the sales organization concerned. (AP / affiliate / country, etc.) ② Sub Sales Channel: Enter the sub sales channel concerned. ③ Purchasing Type: Fixed to Return. ④ Return Type/Order Reason: Use only when you display in detail by setting search conditions such as return type and order reason. ⑤GI Plant: Enter the sales plant of the corresponding affiliate. (AP: 1190 / Etude: 1290 / Innisfree: 1390, etc.) ⑥GI storage location: Enter the sales storage location of the store that processed GI. (Ex: LA03, etc.) ⑦ Customer: Enter the customer code when displaying per customer. ⑧Creation date: Enter the period when RSTO has been processed. (*Mandatory) ⑨RSTO number: Use when you know the RSTO number and display only the corresponding document. *GI status: Use when you want to display according to the GI status of the corresponding RSTO. *Don’t use the output classification. * Enter all necessary fields and click on the |
① When you click on the [Execute] button, you can check the document and the document number per material for each return order as shown in this screen. ② After checking the detail, select the line to print out the return detail sheet on the left side.

① When you click on the Print button, you can see the setting screen for printing device where you can select thePrint overview/Print/Cancelfunction. ② When you click on the Print button, the return detail sheet is printed out from the designated printing device. * Check mandatorily if the information on the return detail sheet printed out and the RSTOitem and quantity to send are the same. Attach the sheet on the box and then send it to logistics. |
