3.1.1 Purchase amount of this month > 0 & If member sales result was recorded for the first time.

3.2 4 - Comeback

3.2.1 Purchase amount of this month > 0 & Last 12 months purchase amount  <= 0

3.3 2 - Retained

3.3.1 Purchase amount of this month > 0 & Last 12 months purchase amount > 0

3.4 9 - Others

3.4.1 Purchase amount of this month <= 0. (Return / Gift / Sample .. )

3.5 3 - Visitors

3.5.1 Not Registered.

4. (BY)(YTD) Customer Status definition

4.1 0 - New

4.1.1 First entered (MTD) Customer Status during the Business Year If first entered MTD status is "Others", YTD status is also assigned as "Others" of that month, But from next month, YTD status will be updated as MTD status of next month.

4.2 4 - Comeback

4.2.1 First entered (MTD) Customer Status during the Business Year If first entered MTD status is "Others", YTD status is also assigned as "Others" of that month, But from next month, YTD status will be updated as MTD status of next month.

4.3 2 - Retained

4.3.1 First entered (MTD) Customer Status during the Business Year If first entered MTD status is "Others", YTD status is also assigned as "Others" of that month, But from next month, YTD status will be updated as MTD status of next month.

4.4 9 - Others

4.4.1 First entered (MTD) Customer Status during the Business Year If first entered MTD status is "Others", YTD status is also assigned as "Others" of that month, But from next month, YTD status will be updated as MTD status of next month.

6. MTD vs YTD

6.1 MTD (Month-to-Date)

6.1.1 MTD refers to the period starting from the first day of the current month up to the current date. It is commonly used in financial and performance reporting to measure results within the ongoing month.

6.2 YTD (Year-to-Date)

6.2.1 YTD refers to the period starting from the first day of the current year up to the current date. It is used to track cumulative performance or results for the year so far.

6.2.2  YTD refers to the period from January 1 to December 31 of the current calendar year.

6.3 (BY)YTD

6.3.1 This period governs budgeting, statutory and management financial statements, and annual performance reviews.

6.3.2 The Business Year refers to the organization’s designated fiscal reporting period, which runs from July 1 to June 30 of the following year.
