1. When you have a reason to register or change a list price, first, decide the list price of the product/trading goods.
2. The reasons to change list prices are as follows:
   1. When launching new products/trading goods.
   2. When launching AD products/trading goods.
   3. When list prices need to be changed due to other reasons.
3. List prices excluding those used by the French affiliate should be decided in consultation with the AP HQ person in charge.

1. Register an approval request for a list price, using the EP screen for writing approval requests for list price registration. .  

2. The list price takes effect only when it is approved by the head of the relevant affiliate.

3. When requesting approval for list prices of ASEAN affiliates, the Singapore affiliate’s GM and RHQ must be CCd.

1. Decide the selling prices between affiliates.

2. Cases when you have to decide and register the selling prices between affiliates are shown below:

2.1. When a Chinese plant is selling to a Chinese trading company

: Accounting decides the prices.

   2.2. When Pacific Creation is selling to Annick Goutal

: PC’s SCM decides the prices and consult with AG.

3. Send the decided selling prices to the PIC of master data registration.

1. Register list prices using the ERP screen for list price registration.

2. For mass registration, fill out the Excel template and upload the file.

3. Channel prices are calculated as a certain percentage of the list prices. Register the channel prices with the list prices.

4. Also register the F prices which apply to inter-affiliate transactions.

5. Enter the dates when the validity starts and ends to manage the detailed history of the validity period.

6. After registering and saving the list prices, check that the prices are saved successfully through a pop-up message.

7. The list prices and the channel prices registered in ERP are interfaced to POS in real time.

8. In case of export list prices of Annick Goutal, register the prices per customer based on what was approved before.

 - ZP00 : Condition type used when setting list prices. This type applies to most of the cases.

 - ZP01 : Condition type used when setting export prices after setting list prices per customer

• ZP00 Key Combination: Create list prices based on the combination of Sales org./Currency/Material/Price list.  
• ZP01 Key Combination 1: Create list prices based on the combination of Sales org./Currency/Customer/Incoterm1/Material.  
• ZP01 Key Combination 2: Create list prices based on the combination of Sales org./Currency/Customer/Material. 
• ZP01 Key Combination 3: Create list prices based on the combination of Sales org./Currency/Customer/Price list/Material.
• ZP01 Key Combination 4: Create list prices based on the combination of Sales org./Currency/Material. 

• Enter “Sales org,” a key combination value for the ZP00 condition type.
• Enter “Currency,” a key combination value for the ZP00 condition type.
• Enter “Material,” a key combination value for the ZP00 condition type.
• Enter “Price list,” a key combination value for the ZP00 condition type.
• Enter the amount (of money) of the material.
• The Unit of Currency, the Unit of Material, and the Valid from/Valid to dates will be entered automatically.
• Click Save( ).

※ List prices will be created as per the values entered in the key combination fields of the condition type.

- Upload: Select the radio button when you want to mass-create prices by uploading an Excel file to ERP. First, enter the Sales Organization, Condition Type, and Key Combination. Download the Excel format, fill it out, and upload the file. 

- Direct Input: Select the radio button when you want to create prices by directly inputting the necessary values. Select the Sales Organization/Condition Type/Key Combination and fill in the necessary key combination fields.

⑤ After entering necessary values, click Execute( ).

• Mass-enter Valid From: Feature to apply a certain Valid From date to all items( ).
• Add Row/Delete Row: Feature to add or delete a row where you enter information regarding key combinations.
• Format Download/Data Upload: Feature to download/upload an Excel file, when you are mass-registering data regarding key combinations.
• Enter Key Combination Info: Enter Currency/Material/Price list.
• Price: Enter the prices in accordance with the price list of the material.
• Valid From: Enter the date from which the price list becomes valid.
• Execute Price Creation( ).

Process to check the price master where list prices and channel prices are registered.

1. Check the list prices and channel prices registered in ERP.

2. Enter setting necessary conditions, display the list.

3. When a channel price based on the list price is different from the channel’s supply rate, an error message will appear.

4. When there’s something wrong, immediately report to the PIC of list prices registration and share the information with relevant departments.

5. Depending on your authority, it may be possible to compare the list prices of different countries. In this case, you can select the exchange rate you want to use for the comparison. .

 - ZP01 : Condition type used when setting export prices after setting list prices per customer

② Enter Valid On: Enter the date to check the period to which the registered list prices apply.

③ Click Execute( ) to move on to the display screen.

• Check Key Combination Info: Check the Sales organization/Document Currency/Valid From.
• Check the prices on each price list: Check the details of the registered list prices.

• ZP00 Key Combination: Create list prices based on the combination of Sales org./Currency/Material/Price list. 
• ZP01 Key Combination 1: Create list prices based on the combination of Sales org./Currency/Customer/Incoterm1/Material. 
• ZP01 Key Combination 2: Create list prices based on the combination of Sales org./Currency/Customer/Material. 
• ZP01 Key Combination 3: Create list prices based on the combination of Sales org./Currency/Customer/Price list/Material.

• Enter Sales Organization: Enter necessary values to display list prices and channel prices.
• Enter valid information managed in the material master.

- Price List/Material Usage/Material Grade/Brand Group/Brand Code/Material

• Valid On: Enter the dates when the validity starts and ends to display information within the validity period.
• Click Execute( ) to move on to the display screen.

• Enter necessary conditions: Enter the values for Sales Organization/Condition Type/Customer/Material/Change Date/Change User.
• Click Execute ( ) to move on to the display screen.
